Cobra 29LXBT CB radio with 4 LCD display and Bluetooth Wireless Technology
Flashy but has quality issues I bought this because i trust the Cobra 29 platform and wanted another Bluetooth radio.I like most of the functions on this,but the most important function doesn't work good at all.The SWR meter is all over the place.Super high reading and then super low reading and then in between and that's before changing anything. I do like this cb except for that.so i would recommend this cb if you are looking for something a little different but get a SWR meter,don't rely on the built in meter. If you...
ReplyDeleteNot everything works as advertised. PROS-Bluetooth: works decently.-Nightwatch works well. It's a huge relief to be able to read the controls at night. The regular 29LX model does not have night watch.-10 weather channels, most wx radios only have 7.-Weather alert: will interrupt CB mode to alert of emergency weather situations.-External mic: works ok with Bluetooth (need external/remote PTT device to use for CB function).-Separate digital readouts.
