"Strait" From Magellan I have used numerous GPS products, dating back to my Garmin StreetPilot C330. I am most comfortable with the Garmin interface, and typically I find the Garmin products, Nuvi, etc. to be the best performing. I like least the TomTom products, with my biggest complaints being that they are sometimes slow to react and an interface I find cumbersome to use. While my TomTom perform well in general, if I miss a turn or charge route, it takes too long to recalculate compared to the Garmins I have...
ReplyDeleteLike it but can't trust it. This RV9145 GPS has some very nice features. The 7" display is great. I have a 40 foot motorhome and pull a small car. I can put all my RV info, including its weight, in and it routes me based on that info. Keeps me off roads I should not be on or would have a difficult time maneuvering on.It tells me in advance what lane to be in for the next turn. Warns me if I am exceeding the speed limit by 5 MPH (or whatever I select as over). I can ask for points of interests, RV parks, diesel...
