  2. Built-in Mic is Terrible! Although this system has great sound and display, I am very disappointed in the built-in microphone. After several days of shopping for the right deck to put in my car, I chose this particular one because it, in fact, had a built-in microphone. The deck that I had in the past had an external mic and every time I was on a call with someone, they would complain that I sounded too far away or that they could barely hear me.
