What did you expect from a $40 CB? I've had this radio for a little over a year with no problems. I don't have it hard mounted anywhere, but switch it between my truck and my wife's 4Runner when we take road trips, which is pretty much every weekend during football season. I also ordered a 12v adapter and soldered the radio wires into it so I can plug the radio directly into an outlet in either vehicle with no drama. ReplyDeleteIt's a Cobra. It's simple and effective. What more could you want? Love these little guys. Fit great in the older, indestructible Toyota Trucks and Tacomas. It's almost like they were meant to fit In there (you will see what I'm talking about).A must have for any off-roader or anyone doing Roadside Assistance in rough terrain.Wish you could still pick these up at box stores like you used to be able too.
