ReplyDeleteVery dissapointed with this units poor performance and operation. Ive had to have it replaced once by Rand. The replacement continues to freeze and shut down and recalculate rout. Ive had numerous calls to Rand, the customer service is OK but its unsettling to know you pay for a premium item and get non-premium performance. They have went through a remote connection on the computer twice now and each time they "find a programing problem" The GPS has now been backed down to a previous operating version to get it to work so-so. I'm afraid to do updates...
